清燥生津饮治疗阴虚津亏型原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of the treatment for primary Sj?gren syndrome of yin deficiency and fluid insufficiency with Qingzao Shengjin Drink

目的:观察清燥生津饮治疗阴虚津亏型原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:62例阴虚津亏型原发性干燥综合征患者随机对照分为治疗组与对照组,每组31例。治疗组予清燥生津饮,对照组予硫酸羟氯喹,6个月后观察两组临床疗效及对滤纸实验、唾液流率、IL-17、ESR、CRP、IgG的影响。结果:治疗组可以有效的增加唾液流率、降低ESR(P<0.05),且效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组可增加滤纸潮湿长度、降低IgG(P<0.05);两组均无明显降低IL-17、CRP的作用。结论:清燥生津饮治疗气阴两虚型原发性干燥综合征疗效明显,可显著改善患者口干、眼干的临床症状,改善部分实验室指标,且安全性良好。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingzao Shengjin Drink in the treatment of primary Sj？gren syndrome of yin deficiency and fluid insufficiency. Methods： A total of 62 cases of primary Sj？gren syndrome of yin deficiency and fluid insufficiency patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, 31 cases in each group. Treatment group with Qingzao Shengjin Drink and hydroxylchloroquine for the control group. 6 months later observe two groups of clinical curative effect and the filter paper test, saliva flow rate, the effects of IL-17, ESR, CRP, IgG. Results： The treatment group could effectively increase the saliva flow rate and reduce the ESR（P0.05）, and the effect was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）. The treatment group could reduce IgG and improve the filter paper test（P0.05）. There was no significant reduction of IL-17 and CRP in both groups. Conclusion： Qingzao Shengjin Drink has obvious curative effect in treating primary Sj？gren syndrome of yin deficiency and fluid insufficiency, it can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of dry eyes and mouths, improve the laboratory index, and be very safe.
