健脾化湿法在糖尿病治疗中的意义

Significance of the Therapeutic Method of Jianpihuashi in the Treatment of Diabetes

[目的]综述健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病的学术思想,为糖尿病的治疗提供有效的思路和方法。[方法]分析中医典籍对糖尿病病因病机及治法的认识,阐述健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病的中医理论支持;从现代研究角度探讨糖尿病发病机制与"脾虚痰湿"的关系,佐证健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病的可行性;研究健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。[结果]中医典籍认为糖尿病病机与脾失健运、痰湿内生密切相关,其病位在脾,治以健脾化湿,现代研究认为脾的功能一定程度上体现胰腺的分泌功能,且"痰湿"与胰岛素抵抗密切相关,现代临床应用健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病效果颇著。[结论]健脾化湿法治疗糖尿病理论可行,临床有效,临床在坚持辨证论治原则的基础上合理运用健脾化湿法对糖尿病的治疗具有重要意义。

[Objective]It summarizes the academic thoughts of therapeutic method of Jianpihuashi in treating diabetes mellitus, and provides effective ideas and methods for the treatment of diabetes. [Methods] It analyzes the understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine classics, and elaborates on the theoretical support of Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetes by therapeutic method of Jianpihuashi. it explores on the relationship between the pathogenesis of diabetes and ＂spleen deficiency with phlegm dampness＂from modern medicine, and supports the feasibility of the treatment of diabetes based on the therapeutic method of Jianpihuashi. It studies on the clinical curative effect on diabetes treatment by reinforcing spleen and removing dampness. [Results] The traditional Chinese medicine classics believe that the pathogenesis of diabetes is closely related to spleen-deficiency and phlegm-turbid stagnation, and？the disease-bit is spleen thus the treatment is directed on the spleen and dampness. To a certain extent, the function of the pancreas is embodied in the function of spleen, and the ＂phlegm dampness＂is closely related to insulin resistance. Clinical application of spleen-strengthening and dampness-expelling method in the treatment for diabetes has achieved remarkable results. [Conclusion] Treating diabetes by reinforcing spleen and removing dampness is feasible in both theory and practice. It is of great significance to apply the therapeutic method of Jianpihuashi to the treatment of diabetes on the basis of sticking to the principle of the pattern identification and treatment.
