球形ZnCo_2O_4用于锂离子电池负极材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用回流法制备Zn Co_2O_4前躯体,在空气氛中、400℃下煅烧3 h得到黑色Zn Co_2O_4材料。采用TG、XRD和SEM对样品的结构组成和外观形貌进行表征。用恒流充放电、交流阻抗对其电化学性能进行测试,探讨了嵌、脱锂过程。结果表明:Zn Co_2O_4材料为较均匀的球形结构,粒径较大,首次充、放比容量分别为848 m Ah/g和1 167 m Ah/g,循环30次后的可逆比容量分别为572 m Ah/g,容量保持率为67.5%,循环效率稳定在96%以上,具有较好的循环性能。 The sphere ZnCo2O4 precursor was prepared by refluxing method, and the black ZnCo2O4 compositewas obtained by calcining 3 h at 400℃ in air. The composition, structure and morphologyof the material werecharacterized by TG, XRD and SEM. The electrochemical performance and the lithium insertion / extraction wasstudied by charge - discharge test and AC impedance. The results showed that the ZnCo2O4 materialfor a more uniformspherical structure, the particle size was larger. The initial charge and discharge capacity of ZnCo2O4materials were848 mAh / g and 1 167 mAh / g, respectively. After 30th cycle, the reversible specific capacity was 572 mAh / g, andthe capacity retention was 67. 5%, the coulombic efficiency was over 96%. The sphere ZnCo2O4 material has bettercycle performance.
