Objective: the experiment verify contextual interference effect in the process of head theball learning for the beginners, and analyze the reasons, discuss which is the best of practiceorganization form in the process of teaching. Methods: head the ball as a learning task, select 33students who major in football as study participants in a college, they were divided into control groupand experimental group two, sports teaching field experiments for 8 weeks, to maintain a week afterthe test standard and evaluation results of single factor analysis of variance. Results: there was nosignificant difference between the three groups in the standard test and the mean score of technicalevaluation at the level of 0.05.Conclusion: in this study, the experimental results failed to showcontextual interference effect in this study and failed to verify the research hypothesis. The practiceorganization form with medium contextual interference and progressive change combining fixed andchange are the best.
