低浓度低伤害压裂液体系研究与应用

摘要 为解决压裂液残渣含量高、易对地层和裂缝导流能力产生持久伤害的问题,研发出一种低浓度植物胶压裂液体系。实验结果表明,与常规压裂液相比,当破胶剂浓度为0.03%时,残渣含量降低了36%~63.4%,大幅度提高压裂液清洁程度。 In order to solve the problem of high residual content of fracturing fluid, which can easily cause lasting damage to the formation and fracture conductivity, a low-concentration plant gel fracturing fluid system was developed. The experimental results showed that when the concentration of the gelling agent was 0.03%, the residual content was decreased by 36%-63.4%, which greatly improved the cleaning degree of fracturing fluid.
