对妇产科急腹症患者进行阴道超声检查联合腹部超声检查的效果探析

Effect of vaginal uhrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography for gynecological acute abdomen

目的:探讨对妇产科急腹症患者进行阴道超声检查联合腹部超声检查的效果。方法:将2016年7月至2017年12月期间四川省富顺县晨光医院妇产科收治的110例急腹症患者作为研究对象。将这110例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有55例患者。对两组患者均进行腹部超声检查,在此基础上,对观察组患者进行阴道超声检查。然后,对比两组患者病情的总检出率、总误诊率及总漏诊率、结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者的总检出率更高,其总误诊率和总漏诊率均更低(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科急腹症患者进行阴道超声检查联合腹部超声检查的效果显著,可提高对其所患疾病的检出率。

Objective： To explore the effect of combined vaginal ultrasonography and abdominal ultrasonography in patients with acute abdominal disease in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods： 110 cases of acute abdominal disease admitted by department of obstetrics and gynecology of chenguang hospital, fushun county,sichuan province from July 2016 to December 2017 were studied. The 110 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 patients in each group. Abdominal ultrasonography was performed on both groups of patients. On this basis, vaginal ultrasonography was performed on patients in the observation group. Then, the total detection rate, total misdiagnosis rate and total missed diagnosis rate were compared between the two groups. Results： compared with the control group, the total detection rate of patients in the observation group was higher, and both the total misdiagnosis rate and the total missed diagnosis rate were lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： the results of vaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology are remarkable,which can improve the detection rate of the disease.
