Study on the Status of E-learning of Undergraduates Majored in Public Service Administration in Medical Colleges and Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解医学院校公共事业管理专业本科生在线学习现状及其影响因素。方法:利用自制的调查表对安徽医科大学、杭州师范大学和首都医科大学公共事业管理专业在校本科生在线学习及其影响因素进行调查,共收回有效问卷516份。运用SPSS16. 0软件进行统计分析。结果:调查对象中有235人使用过在线教育服务(45. 5%),平均每周上网时间中位数为20小时,上网的主要目的是网络聊天(69. 6%)与网络视频(47. 9%); 72. 3%使用在线教育服务的同学表示使用时间<6个月,在线学习的主要目的有辅助校内课程学习(51. 9%)、专业技能提升(37. 0%)、兴趣爱好(36. 6%)和完成学分(35. 5%)。Logistic回归分析显示,年级、性别和出国意向对在线教育服务使用的影响有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:医学院校公共事业管理专业本科生对在线学习的认识程度不高,参与率较低,有必要对其进行针对在线学习的相关辅导。

Objective To study the status of E - learning of undergraduates majored in public service administration in medical colleges and its influencing factors. Method The status of E - learning of undergraduates majored in public service administration in three medical colleges and its influencing factors were surveyed with self - made questionnaire. Data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS16.0. Results For these 516 cases of valid questionnaires, 45.5% of them participated in E - learning. The median time to Internet of which was 20 hours per week. Network chat （69. 6% ） and online video （47.9%） were their main purposes to Internet. 72. 3% of undergraduates who used the online education service persisted in it for less than 6 months, whose main purposes were auxiliary school course studies （51.9% ）, upgrading professional skills （37.0%）, hobbies （36. 6% ） and obtaining credits （35.5%）. Logistic regression results showed that the factors of grade, gender and intention to be abroad had significant influence on the use of online education service （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The cognition and participation of undergraduates majored in public service administration in medical colleges on E - learning needs to be further improved.
