参与风险约束下科技悬赏的激励机制研究 被引量:10

A study of the incentive mechanism of science and technology inducement under the constraint of participating risk

摘要 科技悬赏是指针对特定难题,设奖征集具有创新性科技成果的一种非周期性奖励制度安排。激励对参与者行为的影响直接关系到悬赏成果的质量,特别是在不同风险约束条件下,参与者会相应调整自己的参赛行为。本文考虑了参与风险与激励因素双重作用下参与者的行为选择问题:即考察在资金风险、道德风险和组织风险约束条件下,货币激励、技术激励、荣誉激励、社会资本/社交激励对科技悬赏参与者行为的影响。结果表明参与行为与货币激励、技术激励、社交激励正相关,而荣誉激励对参与行为影响不显著,参与行为与参与风险负相关。基于此,提出应强化货币激励,开通社会资助渠道;制定配套措施,降低参与风险;以及激励方式应根据参与者类型以及科技悬赏项目类别而有所区别等措施。 Science and technology inducement prize (STIP) is the non -periodic prize system which collects high -tech achievements in order to solve specific problems. The influence of incentive factors on the participants' behavior is related to the quality of the reward directly. Especially in different risk constraints, participants will adjust their own behavior. We study the behavior choice of participants under the dual role of risk and incentive factors, that is, the influence of monetary incentives, technical incentives, honor motivation, social capital and social capital on the participants' behavior. The results show that the participation behavior is positively related to monetary incentives, technical incentive and social motivation. The participation behavior and participation risk negative correlation. Based on this, we should strengthen monetary incentives, and open social financing channels. It' s necessary to develop supporting measures to reduce the risk of participation. Incentive mode should be different based on the type of participants and the project category and so on.
