生产油气井受煤矿采动影响分析与合理煤柱留设技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对神府煤田油气重叠开采矛盾日益突出的现状,从煤炭与油气资源分布、赋存规律出发,分析了油气井保护煤柱留设的重要性,论证了依据地表移动变形实测参数进行保护煤柱设计的必要性。以禾草沟煤矿为例,对地表移动变形实测数据进行了拟合分析,得出了地表移动变形参数,并以该参数为依据进行了油气井保护煤柱计算。工作面推采过后,采用彩色钻孔电视孔内观测的方式对煤柱留设效果进行了验证,结果表明:油气井套管完好,未受到明显的采动影响,保护煤柱留设合理,能够实现煤炭与油气的安全共采。 According to the increasing contradictions of oil and coal mine overlapping production in Shenfu Coal Field, we analyzed the importance of oil and gas well protection pillar based on oil and coal mine occurrence regularity. Emphasized the necessity of surface movement measured data in pillar design, and took Hecaogou Coal Mine as an example, we fitted and analyzed the measured data and the surface movement parameters, calculated protection pillar size and applied in practice, and then adopted color drilling TV system detection to observe application effects, the results showed that, casing of oil and gas well was in good condition free from mining influence. It proved that the pillar size is reasonable, and oil, gas, coal can be mined together safely.
