Advances in molecular pathology of renal cell carcinoma

泌尿男性生殖系统癌症，尤其是肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌都是严重危及人体健康的常见恶性肿瘤。肾细胞癌约占所有类型癌症的2％，全球范围内的发生率每年增长1．5％-5．9％。在我国肾细胞癌已位居大城市男性十大常见恶性肿瘤的第八位。肾细胞癌的分类进展和对其生物学的不断深入的认识带来了治疗领域的快速发展。

Genitourinary cancers, in particular kidney cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer are common malignancies that seriously endanger human health. Renal cell carcinoma accounts for about 2% of all types of cancer, and the global incidence increases by 1.5%-5.9% per year. Renal cell carcinoma in China has ranked eighth among the top ten common malignancies in men in large cities. The progress in the classification of renal cell carcinoma and the understanding of its biology has contributed to the rapid development of the therapeutic field.
