基于B/S架构多终端民主测评系统的设计

Design of Multi-Terminal Democracy Evaluation System Based on B/S Architecture

为全面贯彻落实党管干部的工作要求,切实做到人事相宜、人尽其才、才尽其用,提高干部考核民主测评的工作效率,以某高校多年干部考核工作研究实际为背景,提出了基于B/S架构、选择JAVA语言技术设计完成的民主测评管理系统。该系统具有测评项目管理、测评人员管理、测评结果统计分析及报表生成等模块,运用信息化技术完成了干部考核过程中的数据计算与分析,实现了考核工作高效、准确的要求,确保了干部考核结果的合理性,对于提升高校干部考核工作的科学化、民主化、制度化水平具有重要的意义。

In order to fully implement the work requirements of the party management cadres.It is must be sure that the distribution of personnel is reasonable,the people can fully utilize their talents and talents can be fully used and improve the efficiency of cadres’assessment of democratic evaluation.Based on the research practice of the cadre assessment work of a university for many years,a democratic evaluation management system based on B/S architecture and selected JAVA language technology is proposed.The system has modules such as evaluation project management,evaluation personnel management,statistical analysis of evaluation results and report generation,and uses information technology to complete the calculation and analysis of data in the cadre assessment process.The system realizes the requirements of efficient and accurate assessment work,ensures the rationality of the assessment results of cadres,and is of important for improving the scientific,democratic and institutionalized assessment of college cadres.
