全自动试漏机的设计

摘要 为了解决某企业车桥零件需要进行试漏的问题,通过对各种零件形状进行分析,设计了一种适合多个零件的全自动试漏机。通过分析试漏机实际运行情况,采用PLC控制整个系统,实现了工作过程的自动化,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度。介绍了试漏机的机械原理、液压原理、控制原理、主要设备及功能。通过对试漏机的使用,结果表明试漏机的性能稳定,操作简便。 In order to solve the problem in an enterprise that the axle parts need to be tested,a kind of automatic leak-test machine was designed after the shape of various parts was analyzed,which could be applied to testing many parts.Based on the analysis of the actual operation of the leak-test machine,a control system was designed,which using PLC to control the whole system to realize the automation,improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.The mechanical principle,hydraulic principle,control principle and main function of the leak-test machine were introduced.The use of the leak-test machine shows the performance of the leak-test machine is stable and easy to operate.
