摘要
以磁导引AGV作为变配电巡检机器人的移动载体,通过搭载检测装置,利用图像识别技术、传感器技术、伺服驱动技术等,开发了一台变配电巡检机器人来代替人工实现自动巡检。巡检机器人通过分析巡检结果获取设备的运行状态,能够及时发现变配电所设备存在的问题,对保障无人值守变配电所的安全运行具有重大作用。
Taking magnetic guidance AGV as the mobile carrier,by carrying detection devices,making use of image recognition technology,sensor technology,servo drive technology,etc,an inspection robot for electric substation was developed to replace the manual inspection and realized automatic inspection.By analyzing the results of inspection,robot can obtain the running status of the equipment and identify the existing problems in time.The robot plays a significant role in ensuring the safe operation of unattended substations.
