摘要
针对自动化工业网络中"信息孤岛"向"一网到底"发展的趋势,采用工业以太网、现场总线和OPC技术搭建了工厂模式的4级网络、管控一体化综合全集成实验平台。为了避免工业网络中节点故障的影响,采用西门子SCALANCE X系列交换机,搭建环型冗余网络系统。当环网中某个节点发生故障时,仍可继续进行正常生产,为工业现场的实时通信提供了保障机制。信息层可以远程实时监测和控制工业生产过程,消除了现场调试的局限性,实现了对设备层数据的快速处理和网络发布。经实验室环境测试,该平台运行稳定,可靠性强,真正实现了无缝集成,可适应于大型工业生产过程。
According to the trend that “information isolated islands” in the automation industrial network develops to the “a net to the end”, a four-level network of factory modes and a fully integrated experimental and control platform for integration of management and control are established by using industrial ethernet, PROFIBUS, and OPC technology. In order to avoid the influence of the node failure in the industrial network, SCALANCE X series switches of Siemens are used to build a ring-type redundant network system. When a node in the ring network system fails, normal production can still be continued, providing a guarantee mechanism for real-time communication at the industrial site. The information layer can remotely monitor and control the process of industrial production in real-time, overcoming the limitations of on-site debugging, and achieving rapid data process and network publication at the device level. After laboratory environment test, the platform is stable, reliable, truly integrate seamlessly, and will adapt to large-scale processes of industrial production.
