大数据背景下社会治理联动模式的构建研究——以贵阳市为例

在国家的"互联网+"和"大数据"的战略下,贵阳在大数据领域一路领跑,这对打造贵阳市社会治理联动模式提供了新契机。大数据有利于信息共享;有利于资源整合;有利于跨地区协同;有利于跨部门协同。这些优点为贵阳市社会治理联动模式提供了可能,但同时对各部门信息公开提出了更高要求,对各社会治理主体的能力和角色转换提出了更高的要求,对固有利益格局提出了挑战。为了应对这些挑战,需要构建党委领导、政府主导、社会协同、公民参与、法制规范的社会治理联动模式。

In order to meet these challenges, it is necessary to build a social governance linkage model of Guiyang City led by Party committees, government, coordinated by society, citizen and standardized by law.
