优质护理干预对剖宫产产妇术后疼痛及尿潴留的影响分析

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain and urinary retention in parturient with cesarean section

目的针对接受剖宫产的产妇行以优质护理干预会对其术后疼痛以及尿潴留症状起到的影响予以分析。方法随机在2017年1月~2017年11月期间我院接诊的剖宫产产妇当中择取100名,将其分成研究组和参照组两组,对参照组行以常规性的护理措施,对研究组行以优质护理干预。观察两组产妇的临床情况并做以分析。结果经过不同的护理干预措施,研究组的尿潴留发生率和疼痛控制情况显著好于参照组,存在P<0.05,有统计学上的差异。结论临床中,对剖宫产产妇围术期疼痛和尿潴留症状行以有效的优质护理干预,能够获得理想的效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing intervention on postoperative pain and urinary retention symptoms in women undergoing cesarean section.Methods Randomly in January 2017 to the same year November,during the period of the Caesarean section of choose 100 patients,divided into the study Group and the reference group of two groups,the reference group to the routine nursing measures to the experimental group of High-quality nursing intervention.The clinical situation of two groups of parturient were observed and analyzed.Results After different nursing interventions,the overall effectiveness and pain control of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, there were P〈0.05,there was a statistical difference.Conclusion Clinical,cesarean section of parturient perioperative pain and urinary retention symptoms with effective quality care intervention, can achieve the desired results,it is worth promoting.
