摘要
利用实验室现有的拉伸机,采用自行设计的简易夹具,对橡胶圆管进行了单轴拉伸实验,分析了橡胶圆管的应力应变曲线,通过对已有的本构方程与实验数据进行拟合,最终确定了橡胶中常用的三种本构模型的材料系数.通过实验对比,结果表明,M-R模型适用于变形量小于等于100%的范围,为以后气动人工驱动器变形机理的研究提供了实验依据和理论基础.
In this paper,a uniaxial tensile test was performed on a rubber tube by using the existing laboratory stretching machine and a self-designed simple fixture.The stress-strain curve of the rubber tube was analyzed.The coefficients of material in the three commonly used strain energy density functions were obtained by fitting the existing constitutive equation with the experimental data.The results show that the M-R model is suitable for the range of less than or equal to 100% of deformation,which provided experimental evidence and theoretical basis for future studies.
