摘要
通过对藏猪在非高原气候下的繁殖性能研究,结果表明藏猪初产的妊娠期为114.57 d,2、3、4和5胎及以上妊娠期均在115 d以上;藏猪在初产的时候产仔数是最少的,然后随胎次的增加逐渐增多,当达到第4胎的时候,是产仔潜能最大的时候。同时对藏猪胴体性能、肉质性能、滋味和挥发性风味物质进行了报道,结果表明屠宰率为70.31%,瘦肉率为41.17%,pH_1为6.23,肌内脂肪含量为5.09%,硫胺素为2.06μg/g。通过该研究可以看出藏猪能很好适应非高原气候下的环境。
Based on the research on the reproductive performance of Tibetan pigs in the non plateau climate, the results showed that the primiparous gestation period of Tibetan pigs was 114.57 d, the gestational days of 2, 3, 4, 5 and more parity were all over 115. The primiparous litter size of Tibet pig is the minimum, and then increases with the parity increased gradually, when the parity reached fourth, tarrowing time is the maximum potential. At the same time of Tibet pig carcass performance, meat quality, flavor and volatile flavor compounds were reported. The results show that the slaughter rate was 70.31%, lean meat percentage was 41.17%, pH1 was 6.23, the intramuscular fat content of 5.09%, thiamine was 2.06 μg/g. Through this study, it can be seen that the Tibetan pig can adapt to the non plateau climate very well.
