肉牛养殖场粪污资源化处理设备研究现状与分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对我国肉牛养殖场粪污污染严重与推动粪污资源化处理的需要,分析我国具有代表性规模化养殖场粪污资源化处理模式、工艺路线以及各环节处理设备的应用现状,重点研究粪污收集转运、固液分离、有机肥制作以及绿色高效还田等环节现有设备存在的不足,进一步优化改进,从而获得适用于我国现有规模肉牛养殖场粪污处理最优方案。 Aiming at the serious pollution of manure and need to promote it resourceful treatment for beef cattle farms in China,it was analyzed the large-scale farms of representative treatment mode,process route and application status of various processing equipments.The research was focused on the shortcomings of existing equipment such as manure collection and transportation,solid-liquid separation,organic fertilizer production and green high-efficiency returning,and further optimization and improvement,so as to obtain the optimal scheme for the treatment of manure in the existing beef cattle farms in China.
