激光穴照并穴位贴敷联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of laser acupoint illumination and acupoint application combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke

目的探讨激光穴照并穴位贴敷联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的240例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组(采用单纯康复训练治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上行激光穴照并穴位贴敷治疗),各120例。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前、后疼痛程度、上肢运动情况及日常生活能力。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均显著降低,Fugl-Meyer评分均显著升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者BI评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者实施激光穴照并穴位贴敷联合康复训练治疗,可显著改善患者的上肢运动能力,缓解患者疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laser acupoint illumination and acupoint application combinedwith rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods A total of 240 patients withshoulder -hand syndrome after stroke treated in the hospital were divided into control group （treated with simplerehabilitation training） and observation group （treated with laser acupoint illumination and acupoint application on the basisof the control group） according to the random number table method, with 120 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy,pain degree, upper limb movement and daily living ability before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores significantly decreased and the Fugl-meyer scores significantly increased in theboth groups, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）; the BI scores of patients in theboth groups significantly increased, and that in the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laser acupoint illumination and acupoint application combined with rehabilitation training for patients withshoulder-hand syndrome after stroke can significantly improve their upper limb movement ability, alleviate the pain ofpatients and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of promotion and application.
