取料机头部滚筒现场包胶及维护对策

Study on On-site Rubber Coating and Maintenance Measures of Head Drum of Reclaimer

为实现在不更换臂架输送带的前提下对取料机头部滚筒进行包胶,对头部滚筒现场包胶的可行性进行分析。采用分段式冷硫化包胶新工艺,对头部滚筒进行现场包胶。应用新型导料槽密封形式、专用斗齿、可调节式耐磨裙板、挡料板等技术措施,开展针对性的维护保养工作,可有效预防取料机头部滚筒包胶层的异常磨损。

In order to realize rubber coating tor the head drum of reclaimer without replacing the conveyor belt of ann frame, the teasibility of on-site rubber coating for the head drum is analyzed.Using the new technology of rubber coating of sectionalized cold vulcanization, the head drum is wrapped on site. With the application of new sealing torm of guide trough, special bucket teeth, adjustable wear-resistant apron board and tender board, the targeted maintenance work can be carried out to effectively prevent the abnormal wear of the rubber coating layer in the head drum of reclaimer.
