中医综合护理对老年高血压患者血压的影响

Effects of TCM Comprehensive Nursing on Blood Pressure of Senile Hypertension

目的:探讨中医综合护理对老年高血压病患者血压的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予情志护理、辨证护理,并给予中医护理技能干预,对照组给予高血压病基础护理。比较2组降压效果。结果:收缩压、舒张压干预前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血压达标率观察组为81.66%(49/60),对照组为68.33%(41/60),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施辨证施护可有效降低老年高血压患者血压,并有助于改善患者因血压升高导致的眩晕、头痛等症状,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the effects of TCM comprehensive nursing on blood pressure of senilepatients with hypertension. Methods： All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the controlgroup, 60 cases each group.The observation group were given emotional care and syndrome differentiation and care,and intervened by TCM nursing skills, the control group accepted basic nursing of hypertension. The effects oflowering blood pressure of both groups were compared. Results： The difference showed statistical meaning in thecomparisons of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure within both groups before and after intervention（P〈0.05）;the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after the intervention（P〈0.05）.The rate of blood pressure reaching to the standard in the observation group was 81.66% （49/60）, higher than68.33% （41/60） of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Implementingsyndrome differentiation and care could effectively reduce blood pressure of senile patients, which is helpful to miti-gate the symptoms including vertigo, headache caused by elevation of blood pressure, and raise quality of life of thepatients.
