小儿扶脾颗粒对小儿功能性消化不良的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探究小儿扶脾颗粒对功能性消化不良、胃肠运动、免疫功能的影响。方法:采用饥饱失常和左旋精氨酸致幼鼠功能性消化不良模型,测定炭末推进率、血清中胃泌素和胃动素水平;采用正常幼鼠和阿托品致胃肠运动抑制幼鼠模型,测定炭末推进率;采用环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下幼鼠模型,测定廓清指数K值;采用大黄灌胃造成幼鼠脾虚模型,测定小鼠游泳时间和自主活动次数。结果:功能性消化不良模型组小鼠炭末推进率、血清中胃泌素和胃动素水平低于正常组(P<0.01),小儿扶脾颗粒高、中剂量组小鼠炭末推进率、血清中胃泌素和胃动素水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。正常小鼠小儿扶脾颗粒中、低剂量组炭末推进率明显高于正常组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。阿托品致胃肠运动抑制模型组小鼠炭末推进率明显低于正常组(P<0.01),小儿扶脾颗粒高、中剂量组小鼠炭末推进率明显高于模型组(P<0.01)。环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下模型组小鼠K值和α值均明显低于正常组(P<0.05),小儿扶脾颗粒低剂量组小鼠廓清指数K值明显高于模型组(P<0.05),小儿扶脾颗粒各剂量组小鼠α值与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大黄致脾虚模型组小鼠游泳时间低于正常组(P<0.05),小儿扶脾颗粒高、低剂量组小鼠游泳时间明显高于模型组(P<0.05),小儿扶脾颗粒各剂量组小鼠自主活动次数与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿扶脾颗粒对小儿功能性消化不良具有治疗作用,可促进胃肠运动和胃肠激素分泌,提高网状内皮系统吞噬功能,改善脾虚症状,缓解体力疲劳。 [Abatract] Objective: To investigate the effect of Xiaoer Fupi granule(小儿扶脾颗粒, XEFPG) on functional dyspepsia, gastrointestinal motility and immune function. Methods: Carbon powder propelling rate and serum gastrin and motilin levels were measured in the functional dyspepsia model induced by starvation and L-arginine in young rats. Carbon powder propelling rate were measured in normal young rats and gastrointestinal motility inhibition rat model induced by atropine. The clearance index K value and corrected clearance index value were measured in the immature mice immunodeficiency model induced by cyclophosphamide. The spleen deficiency model of young rats was induced by rhubarb, the swimming time and the number of spontaneous activities were measured. Results: In the model of functional dyspepsia, the carbon powder propelling rate and serum gastrin and motilin levels in model group were lower than those in normal group(P〈0.01), those of XEFPG high and middle dosage groups were significantly higher than those of model group(P〈0.01). The propelling rate of carbon in the middle and low dose groups of XEFPG was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The charcoal propellant rate in gastrointestinal motility inhibition model group was significantly lower than that in the normal group(P〈0.01), high and medium dose groups of XEFPG could significantly improve charcoal propellant rate(P〈0.01). In immunocompromised rat model, low dose group of XEFPG could improve the clarification index K value and enhance mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis(P〈0.05), it had no obvious effect on the value(P〉0.05). In spleen deficiency model, high and low dose groups of XEFPG could significantly prolong the swimming time(P〈0.05), XEFPG had no significant effect on the number of spontaneous activities in mice(P〉0.05). Conclusion: XEFPG has therapeutic effect on children's functional dyspepsia, it can promote gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone secretion, and improve the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system and the symptoms of spleen deficiency and alleviate physical fatigue.
