摘要
中小企业具有很强的活力和巨大的潜在增长率,是中国经济主体中的重要组成部分。企业的人力资源管理是所有工作的前提和基础,是企业构建未来持久竞争力的保障。认清江西省中小企业在人力资源管理方面存在的问题,找出原因,并以此提出相关解决措施提高人力资源管理水平,这对促进江西省中小企业的发展壮大以及江西省经济社会的持续、健康发展具有重要的实际价值和战略意义。
SMEs with strong vitality and great potential for growth, the Chinese economy is an important part of the body. Corporate human resource management is the prerequisite and basis for all work is shaping the future of enterprise competitiveness lasting protection. Jiangxi SMEs recognize human resource management problems to identify causes and propose relevant solutions in order to improve human resource management, which promote sustainable development and growth of SMEs in Jiangxi Province and Jiangxi Province, economy and society, healthy development has important practical value and strategic importance.
