聚氨酯复合抗静电涂层的制备研究

本文通过向水性聚氨酯(WPU)中加入普通抗静电剂和永久性抗静电剂,制备出抗静电性能优异的抗静电涂料,应用于PET基材,并对涂布抗静电涂料的薄膜进行相关性能测试和理论分析,筛选出可适用于WPU涂层的复合抗静电剂,可使涂层其他性能不受影响的同时,涂层抗静电性能可满足国标要求,抗静电能力受环境温湿度影响程度小。WPU抗静电涂层符合国家提倡的环保去溶剂理念,涂层颜色透明度高,可应用于诸多领域。

In this paper,anti-static coatings with excellent anti-static properties were prepared by adding ordinary anti-static agents and permanent anti-static agents to waterborne polyurethane(WPU),applied to PET substrates,and related properties of films coated with anti-static coatings were tested and made some theoretical analysis,the composite anti-static agent applicable to WPU coating were screened out,which can make the other properties of the coating unaffected,while the anti-static property of the coating can meet the requirements of national standards,and the anti-static ability is not sensitive to temperature and humidity of the environment.WPU anti-static coating conforms to the environmentally friendly solvent-free concept advocated by the state.The color of the coating is highly transparent and can be applied to many fields.
