摘要
随着学前教育需求的不断扩大,幼儿园问题频发引起了社会的广泛关注。实行"3+9"模式,将学前教育纳入义务教育,成为延长义务教育的一个重要方向。当前看来,将学前教育纳入义务教育,可以控制基础教育的第一环节,从源头上保证基础教育质量提升,维护学前儿童受教育的基本权利,提高学前教育的入学率,并且可以进一步规范管理学前教育。因此,要从学制上和招生考试制度上进行改革,保证就近入学政策的公平性。但是,当前实施"3+9"模式的条件还不成熟,还需进一步探讨相关策略。
As the demand for preschool education continues to expand, the kindergartens with frequent problems have aroused widespread concern in society. Implementing the "3+9" model to include preschool education into compulsory education has become an important direction for extending the years of compulsory education. At present, the integration of preschool education into compulsory education can control the first stage of basic education and ensure the quality of basic education from the oroginal source. In addition, it can also protect children 's basic rights to preschool education, increase the enrollment rate for pre-primary education, and further regulate the pre-school education system. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out reforms in the academic system and the enrollment examination system to ensure the fairness of the nearest school admission policy. However, the current implementation of the "3+9" model is still not mature, and there are still many potential concerns.
