摘要
苏丹油田目前处于油田开发中期,一直采用笼统开采方式,采油井普遍存在地层压力下降快、地层亏空、漏失严重以及因地层胶结疏松引起的出砂严重等问题。由于采油井含水率上升很快,急需采用机械找堵水工艺来解决该问题。压电开关和桥式偏心机械找堵水工艺在大庆油田已成为成熟技术,但在苏丹油田应用还需进行改进和验证:首先从管柱结构、原理、特点等方面对压电开关和桥式偏心机械找堵水工艺进行分析;然后根据苏丹油田实际地质及开发情况,对压电开关和桥式偏心机械找堵水工艺进行结构改进和调整——在进液通道设置止回装置以防止油管内液体大量漏失进入地层造成压力下降,在进液口加装防砂滤网防止地层出砂损坏设备。现场应用情况表明,应用压电开关和桥式偏心机械找堵水工艺后,采油井增油降水效果明显,措施有效期延长,后期调整方便快捷。证明这两项技术在苏丹油田具有良好的应用前景。
Now Sudan Oilfield was in the middle of levelopmcnt period and commingled exploiting methods were adopted all the lime.Oil producers are generally sulfered from fast formation pressure drop,format ion deficit,serious loss,and severe sand production caused by unconsolidated fonna-tion.Mechanical water ahut-off technology is urgently needed.To control the rapidly rising water cut,piezodcctric switch and bridgt eccentric mechanical water detection and shut-off tcchnolo^sy are widely used in Daqing Oilfield,but they need to be improved and validated if applied to Sudan Oilfield.Firstly,the technology way analyzed in terms of pipe string stnicture.principle and characteristics,etc.Secondly.acoocding to actual geology and development conditions in Sudan Oilfield,the structure was improved and arljustcxi setting backstop at inlet to prevent massive liquid leakage to the formalion and r&ull in prwure drop,and installing sand control screen at openings lprevent sand production from damaging equipment.Field application showed that the technology significantly increased oil pnxluction and decreased water productiont availability of technology extended,and late iMijutnent got convenient and fast.This means that the technology has bawd prospect in Sudan Oilfield.
