摘要
采用1-氰基四氢萘与乙二胺单对甲苯磺酸盐为原料,采用"一锅法"合成了四氢唑啉。整个反应条件温和,操作方便,总收率高达80.3%。采用红外光谱,核磁氢谱,质谱,高效液相色谱等技术对目标产物进行了结构分析和含量分析。结果表明该方法是四氢唑啉的一种简便的适合于工业化生产的合成方法。
The tetryzoline was synthesized through the reaction of 1-cyano- tetrahydronaphthalene with ethylenediamine mono toluene-4-sulfonate. This one-pot procedure provides a useful and important synthesis route to disulfides under simple operation and mild conditions. The total yield is higher than 80.3%. FTIR,1H NMR,mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography were used to analysis the products. The results show that this convenient method was suitable for industrial production of tetryzoline.
