文化自觉视角下高职院校学校文化的构建

On Higher Vocational College Culture Construction from the Perspective of Cultural Self-consciousness

当今,高职学院在学校文化的建构中,一是要坚持'以人为本'的原则,二是要凸显高职特色。就教育的本源上看,前者主要体现在学生的生命价值观和人性情怀上,后者主要体现在具有高职特色的职业文化上。文章以文化自觉为视角,从以上方面开展论述,为学校文化的建构提出自己的观点。

Nowadays, during the higher vocational college culture construction, it is essential to adhere to the "people-oriented" principle and to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education. In terms of the origin of education, the former is mainly reflected in students’ life value and human nature, while the latter is embodied in the professional culture with higher vocational characteristics. The author elaborates the above two aspects and puts forward his own viewpoints on the issue from the perspectives of cultural self-consciousness in this article.
