摘要
在三峡工程裂缝中 ,温度缝最为常见 ,但层面缝的出现使得三峡工程裂缝处理面临着的一个新课题。本文通过采用CW方案和EAA方案对三峡工程永久船闸层面缝渗水进行化学灌浆处理 ,并对两种灌浆方案进行了深入的分析。从灌后的检测结果看 ,CW方案采用的“马”式水平钻台、回转式钻机造孔设备和小型封闭式气压自动电子化学灌浆系统 ,以及水平深孔、较高压、长时间、两序。
In the joints of TGP,the thermal crack is familiar,the treatment of chemical grouting of TGP was faced with a new problem that the interface joint of concrete appeared.In this paper,Through adopting'CW'and 'EAA'plans of the chemical grouting,the interface joint's water creep was treated,and two plans were deeply analyzed.As a result,the 'CW'plan was successful.By means of adopting the level drilling shelves like horse,the helicoid boring equipment,and the horizontal deep hole,higher pressure,durable,twin order and multi holes co grouting technique,using the diminutive closed pneumatic automatic electronic chemical grouting system,the chemical grouting treatment for interface joints was performed.The hydraulic pressure test result showed that after grouting the splitting tensile strength reached the requirements of design.
