摘要
Organizational rationality is not only a key conceptual tool but also a key fact of modern social beings. Formerly organizational theories and social theories neglected the important conceptual tool and the significance of analyzing the fact organizational rationality. The author attempts to explain the meaning of PARADIGM organizational rationality, the importance of SOCIAL FACT organizational rationality and to analyze the context within organizational rationality, social rationality and individual rationality. Furthermore, the author prompts his thinking about the approach of the research of Chinese organizations.
