辅助生殖技术的研究进展
摘要
自从首例试管婴儿诞生以来,体外受精(IVF)已成为治疗女性不孕症的重要方法,胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)技术为男性不孕症的治疗开辟了一个新的领域,超促排卵方案药物的改进,胚胎培养技术的改进以及辅助孵化、囊胚培养等使妊娠率提高。种植前遗传学诊断(PGD)、核移植技术及转基因治疗的出现,预示将来会有快速发展。
