大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤后硫酸镁的神经保护作用

摘要 目的 探讨硫酸镁对大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤的神经保护作用。方法 用4-V阻塞法建立大鼠全脑缺血模型,30只SD大鼠分为缺血组、硫酸镁组,观察缺血再灌注后1d、3d、7d后大鼠神经行为学和病理学的改变。结果 硫酸镁组较缺血组显著改善神经行为异常、减轻脑组织病理损害。结论 硫酸镁组较缺血组对全脑缺血再灌注损伤后鼠神经组织有明显的保护作用。 Objective To investigate neuroprotective Effects of Magnesium Sulfate in rats undergoing cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Method Four - vessel occlusion was used to establish the model of global brain ischemia in rais. Animals were randomly and blindly assigned to one of the following treatment grounps: placebo, mgso4(90mg/kg) . After cerebral ischemia reperfusion ld, 3d, 7d the changes of neurbehavior and pathological were observed. Results Compared with placebo, the mgso4 grounps could significantly improve the behavior deficits and pathological changes. Conclusion These results demonstrate neuroprotective effects of Magnesium Sulfate in experimental local ischemia.
