摘要
报道以异丁烯、甲苯、液氯为原料 ,经烷基化、氯化、脱烷基反应合成 2 ,6 -二氯甲苯。研究了各步反应的影响因素及最佳反应条件。该工艺氯化采用复合催化剂 ,无需用任何溶剂 ,二氯化物收率大于 78% ,2 ,6 -二氯甲苯总收率可达 6 0 % ,纯度大于 99%。
Dichlorotoluene has been synthesized with isobutene,toluene,and liquid chlorine by alkylation,chlorination,and dealkylation respectively.The influnce of each step and the best reaction conditions are discussed.Chlorination uses composite catalyst and do not use any solvent.The yield of dichloro compound is over 78%.The total yield of 2,6-dichlorotoluene is over 60% and the purity of product is more than 99.0%.
