摘要
目的 :对小野芝麻的化学成分进行了化学鉴定。方法 :采用色谱技术进行分离、纯化 ,利用FAB MS ,IR ,UV ,1 HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,HMQC ,HMBC等手段及理化常数鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到 2个化合物 ,分别为芹菜素 7 O β D (6′ 对羟基肉桂酸基 ) 甘露糖苷 (I) ,毛蕊花糖苷 (Ⅱ )。结论 :化合物I为新化合物 ,化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the Galeobdolon chinense. Method: The chemical constituents were separated by means of chromatogrophy, and their structures were identified by spectra of FAB MS,IR,UV, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR,DEPT,HMQC and HMBC. Result: Two compounds were obtained and identified as galeobdoside (Ⅰ) whose structure was apigenin 7 O β D (6′ p hydoxy cinnamoyloxy) mannoside and verbascoside (Ⅱ). Conclusion: Compound Ⅰ was a new compound and compound Ⅱ was obtained from this plant for the first time.
