雷击线路杆塔时埋地油气管道防护措施与防护效果研究 被引量:12

Study on Protective Measures and Protective Effects of Buried Oil and Gas Pipelines When Lightning Strikes on Line Towers

摘要 为了研究雷击线路杆塔时埋地油气管道的防护措施对降低防腐层感应电压防护效果的影响,本文通过CDEGS软件建立了埋地油气管道、线路杆塔及接地装置的仿真计算模型,对排流带的布置方位、与管道的连接方式、与管道的距离、排流带的长度对降低防腐层感应电压的效果进行了分析,得到如下结论:排流带靠近杆塔侧敷设比背向杆塔侧敷设效果更优;排流带与管道连接点数量对管道防腐层感应电压影响不大,但管道上排流带连接点与杆塔越接近效果会稍好;排流带与管道之间的距离对管道防腐层感应电压影响不明显,但排流带越靠近管道对降低防腐层感应电压效果会稍好;增加排流带的长度可明显增加对管道沿线防腐层感应电压的防护范围。 In order to study the effect of protective measures of buried oil and gas pipelines on reducing the protective effect of induced voltage of anti-corrosion coatings when lightning strikes line towers,a simulation calculation model of buried oil and gas pipelines,line towers and grounding devices is established by using CDEGS software.The effect of reducing induced voltage of anticorrosive coating by layout orientation of drainage strip,connection mode with pipeline,distance from pipeline and length of drainage strip is analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:The laying of the drainage belt near the tower side is better than that of the side pole tower.The number of connection points between drainage strip and pipeline has little effect on induced voltage of pipeline anticorrosion coating,but the closer the connection points of drainage strip and tower are,the better the effect will be.The distance between drainage belt and pipeline has no obvious effect on the induced voltage of pipeline anticorrosive coating,but the closer the drainage belt is to the pipeline,the better the effect is.Increasing the length of the discharge belt can significantly increase the protection scope of the induced voltage of the anticorrosive layer along the pipeline.
