循环流化床锅炉低NOx排放特性及利用SNCR脱氮技术 被引量:39

摘要 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的NOx排放比传统的煤粉炉和炉排炉要低很多。这主要是由于CFB锅炉床温一般情况下为约870℃,而其它炉型的燃烧温度要超过1100℃。此外,CFB锅炉采用分级燃烧也有效地更进一步降低了NOx。如果对NOx排放有更加严格的要求则可以通过在CFB锅炉中使用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)技术来进一步降低NOx的排放。本文介绍了NOx产生和控制的基本原理以及在CFB锅炉中采用SNCR的设计原则以及设计实例。 NOx emission in CFB boilers is usually much lower compared to PC and stoker boilers due to its low combustion temperature of about 870℃,comparing to the combustion temperature of above 1100℃for other type of boilers.In addition,NOx emission could be further reduced by stage combustion in CFB boilers.If there is tighter limitations for NOx emission,SNCR could be used in CFB boilers to further lower the NOx emission.This paper presented NOx formation and control and the application of SNCR in CFB boilers with design examples.
