电动汽车充换电设施规划综述

Review on the Planning of Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles

合理规划充换电设施是推动电动汽车发展的基础,对于缓解能源危机具有重要作用,因此本文通过总结前人研究并结合实际提出有效实用的规划方案。本文在充换电模式研究的基础上,从目标函数和算法两方面对目前国内外充换电设施规划研究模型进行总结分析,最终针对目前研究存在的因素考虑不全面等问题,从可行性和需求性原则出发,考虑实际经济、地理、交通环境等因素,提出改进的规划思路,为以后充电设施规划提供理论参考。

A reasonable planning of charging facilities is the basis to promote the development of electric vehicles,which is of significance to the alleviation of energy crisis. Based on previous studies and practical situations,effective plans are put forward in this paper. According to the studies on charging modes,the planning models of charging facilities both at home and abroad are summarized from two aspects:objective function and algorithm. Moreover,to solve the problems of inadequate factors considered in the current research and considering the feasibility and demand principles,different factors such as economy,geography and traffic condition are taken into account to provide theoretic reference for the planning of charging facilities.
