摘要
被动房代表了一种健康、舒适、低能耗的生活方式和建筑标准,其"低能耗、低排放、高舒适度"的特点,对于解决我国建筑行业能耗高、碳排放量大等问题具有重大意义。本文主要对中德生态园被动房技术中心项目从建筑结构节能设计、机电系统节能设计及实际运行性能等方面进行全方位解析,证明了选用高性能围护结构,采用高能效的空调机组,制定合理的运行模式,是被动式建筑节能减排不可缺少的重要环节。
Passive House represents a healthy, comfortable, low-energy lifestyle and building standard. Its characteristics of "low energy consumption, low emissions, and high comfort" are of great importance for solving problems such as high energy consumption and large carbon emissions in the construction industry in China. This paper focuses on the passive house technology center project of the Sino-German Ecopark, and carries out a comprehensive analysis of the energy-saving design of building structures, energy-saving design of electromechanical systems, and practical performance. It is proved that the use of high-performance envelope structures, the use of energy-efficient air-conditioning units, and the development of reasonable operating modes are indispensable for passive energy conservation and emission reduction of buildings.
