A Comparative Study on Undergraduate Talent Training Programs of Primary Education in Jiangsu Province

江苏省各高校小学教育本科专业人才培养方案各有差异,但培养目标都反映了时代的需要,基本定位于培养综合型、创新型和研究型的小学教师,且已形成了比较完善的课程体系,并特别注重发展本校特色。各高校小学教育本科专业人才培养方案存在着许多优点的同时,也存在着一些有待改进的地方。

There are some differences in undergraduate talent training programs of primary education among universities of Jiangsu province,but the Training Objectives,which basically locating on cultivating integrated,innovative and research-based primary school teachers.All reflect the need of the eras,and it have formed a relatively perfect system of courses and particularly emphasized on the development of school characteristics.In universities of Jiangsu province,there are many disadvantages in undergraduate talent training programs of primary education as well as advantages.
