摘要
针对微电网双向变流器轻载效率偏低的问题,提出一种新型数字化混合控制策略。通过将传统轻载切相控制和多自由度调频控制结合起来,并引入移相磁集成技术,建立更精确、更可靠的负载电流损耗模型,揭示出负载电流与工作相数以及频率间的内在机理,最终推导出最佳切相点处对应的负载电流和最优化工作频率。最后,通过实验样机测试结果证明了所提控制策略的正确性和有效性。
To solve the low light load efficiency of bidirectional DC-DC converter for micro grid,a new type of digital hybrid control strategy was put forward. By combining the traditional light load cutting phase control with multidegree of freedom frequency modulation(FM)control,and introducing phase-shift magnetic technology,a more accurate and reliable load current loss model was established. Then,the inner mechanism of the load current and work phase number as well as the frequency was revealed. Besides,the load current and the optimum working frequency of the optimal cutting phase point were derived. Experimental prototype test results prove that the control strategy propose discorrect and effective.
