摘要
城市土地是城市化的重要载体。在轨道交通建设背景的影响下,川道城市土地使用模式的转型过程中面临的矛盾与问题愈加突出。以川道城市西宁轨道交通3号线沿线土地利用问题为研究对象,总结出影响川道城市土地开发模式转型的影响因素,包括交通路网布局、土地资源开发手段、公共交通建设资金体系等问题,并尝试提出合理布局城市交通网络、调节土地市场、推行PPP模式等解决方法,为川道城市土地使用模式的转型提供技术方法支撑和政策实施参考。
As a consequence of urbanization,rail transit construction is an ongoing process along with the controversies and challenges associated with the process of transformation.Such is the scenario gaining prominence in the land use pattern of linear cities.This study investigates the land use problem along the No.3 line of Xining Rail Transit in a linear city,and summarizes the factors influencing the transformation of the land development model of linear cities,such as transportation and road network layouts,land resource developmentmethods and funding for the construction of public transportation.Furthermore,the study attempts to provide a reference for the implementation of technical methods and support policies for the transformation of the land use model of the linear city by proposing solutions such as a rational arrangement of the urban transportation network,regulating the land market,and implementation of the public-private-partnership(PPP)model.
