汾河水库上游水土流失的治理途径

摘要 黄土高原地区水土流失严重,1958年修建的山西省汾河水库,到1984年已被泥沙淤积3.06亿m^3,占总库容42.5%。本文根据水文资料,应用灰色系统理论,对汾河水库泥沙淤积进行了预测分析。结果表明:按目前水库上游水土保持进展速度及水库调度运用方式,到2000年水库库容将被泥沙淤积63.1%;到2020年汾河水库将完全失去效益。为了延长水库寿命,确保太原市人民生活及工农业用水,提出了改变水库调度运用方式及治理水库上游水土保持的八点建议。 Soil and water erosion at the loess Plateau is a grave groblem. . It: is: measured that Fenhe reservoir which is located in Shanxi province and was built in 1958 was with ,a deposit of 306 million cubic meters of silt, namely, 42.5% of the total storage capacity by 1984. This article focused on the forecast and analysis of this problem by using of hydrolo-gic date and grey system theory. The conclusion of the research work indicates that, as a result of soil and water erosion, 63.1% of the total storage capacity will be reduced by the year of 2000 and the storage capacity will totally loss by 2020 if the present trend continues steadity. In order to prolong the life of reservior and meet the demand of water supply for pepole's daily life, industry and agriculture in Taiyuan city, advanced are eight suggestions which deal with the problems of control and use of the deposit and the soil and water conservation upstream.
