枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能和血浆生化参数的影响 被引量:25

摘要 本试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能和血浆生化参数的影响。试验选取25日龄"长×大"断奶仔猪120头,适应3 d后随机分为3组,分别为空白对照组(不添加抗生素)、抗生素组(添加40 mg/kg的维吉尼亚霉素制剂,有效含量为20 mg/kg)和枯草芽孢杆菌组(添加250 g/t的枯草芽孢杆菌制剂,活菌数量≥4.0×109 CFU/g),每组5个重复,每个重复8头猪。试验期42 d。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组试验第7、21和42天的体重以及试验第1~42天的平均日增重显著增加(P<0.05),试验第8~21天、第22~42天和第1~42天枯草芽孢杆菌组和抗生素组的腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05);与抗生素组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组试验第22~42天的腹泻率以及试验第21天的血浆葡萄糖含量均显著降低(P<0.05),试验第42天的血浆乳酸脱氢酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌可以降低仔猪腹泻,促进仔猪生长。 This study was conducted to detemine the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance and plasma biochemical parameters of weaned piglets.A total of 120 Large White×Landrace piglets weaned at 25 days of age were randomly assigned to one of three groups:blank control group(without antibiotics),antibiotic group(supplemented with 40 mg/kg virginia mycin with 20 mg/kg of effective content),and Bacillus subtilis group(supplemented with 250 g/t Bacillus subtilis with ≥4.0×10~9 CFU/g live bacteria).There were5 replicates per group and 8 piglets per replicate.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the body weight of Bacillus subtilis group significantly increased(P<0.05) on days 7,21 and 42 of the experiment,as well as the average daily gain on days 1 to 42 of the experiment,while the diarrhea rate of the Bacillus subtilis and antibiotic groups significantly decreased(P<0.05) on days 8 to 21,22 to 42 and 1 to 42 of the experiment,when compared with the blank control group.The diarrhea rate of Bacillus subtilis group on days 22 to 42 of the experiment significantly decreased(P<0.05),as well as the plasma glucose content on day 21 of the experiment,while the plasma activities of lactate dehydrogenase and aspartate transaminase of Bacillus subtilis group significantly increased(P<0.05) on day 42 of the experiment,when compared with the antibiotic group.These findings indicate that dietary supplementation with Bacillus subtilis can reduce the diarrhea rate,and then promote the growth of weaned piglets.
