摘要
融合通信业务是移动通信运营商在4G时代的核心业务。由于相较于2G/3G移动通信业务,融合通信具有强大的业务能力,同时潜在用户数量巨大,其有可能给现行的内容安全监管带来一些与过去完全不同的新挑战。对这些可能的挑战逐一进行了论述,并且给出了应对建议以供参考。
Rich communication suite(RCS) is a key mobile service for the operators in 4G era. Compared with the mobile services in 2G/3G era, RCS owns versatile service capabilities attractive to a mass of potential customers,which could cause some new challenges to the governance of content security. These challenges were detailed introduced, which were utterly different from the old ones, and then some counter measures were proposed.
