腔镜辅助小切口甲状腺良性肿瘤手术的临床应用

Application of Endoscopic-Assisted Mini-incision for Treatment of Benign Thyroid Tumor

目的分析腔镜辅助下小切口手术治疗甲状腺良性肿瘤患者的临床效果。方法 60例患有甲状腺良性肿瘤患者随机均分常规组与腔镜组,常规组接受常规方法治疗,腔镜组接受腔镜辅助下的小切口手术治疗,观察分析两组的治疗情况及患者的美容满意度。结果腔镜组的治疗情况明显好于常规组,且患者的美容满意度较高,两组患者的相关数据对比存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床甲状腺良性肿瘤患者的治疗中,腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗效果较好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic-assisted mini-incision surgery for benign thyroid tumor.Methods Sixty patients with benign thyroid tumor were randomly divided into the conventional group and the endoscopic group.The conventional group received routine clinical treatment,and the endoscopic group received endoscopic-assisted mini-incision surgery.The treatment and cosmetic satisfaction of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The treatment of endoscopic group was significantly better than the conventional group,and the cosmetic satisfaction was higher,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For benign thyroid tumor,endoscopic-assisted mini-incision surgery is effective,worthy of promotion.
