眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效

Effect of Fundus Laser Combined with Calcium Dobesilate on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的观察眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取本院收治的100例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组行眼底激光治疗,研究组行眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、眼底荧光造影及视力情况。结果研究组糖尿病视网膜患者经眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗的总好转率为88.00%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论眼底激光联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变可明显提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the effect of fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods One hundred patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group,50 cases each.The control group was treated with oculi laser and the study group was treated with oculi laser combined with calcium dobesilate.The clinical efficacy,fundus fluorescein angiography and visual acuity of the two groups were compared.Results The total improvement rate of in the study group was 88.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic retinopathy with fundus laser combined with calcium dobesilate can significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
