脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的疗效及安全性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析脊柱微创手术对骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的影响。方法选取本院收治的72例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,采用数表法分为两组,各36例。对照组采用保守治疗,观察组采用脊柱微创手术,比较两组的治疗结果。结果观察组好转率为94.4%,对照组好转率为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组功能障碍指数和疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折,能缓解患者疼痛,改善骨骼力学,促进康复。 Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive spine surgery on osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Methods A total of 72 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture in our hospital were divided into two groups with 36 cases each. The control group was treated with conservative therapy,and the observation group was treated with spinal minimally invasive surgery. The treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The improvement rate was 94.4% in observation group and 75.0% in control group(P <0.05). After treatment,the dysfunction index and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive spinal surgery for osteoporotic vertebral fractures can relieve pain,improve bone mechanics and promote rehabilitation.
