高位结扎加点式剥脱术治疗单纯大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效

Effect of High Ligation Plus Point Stripping for Treatment of Simple Great Saphenous Varicose Veins

目的观察高位结扎加点式剥脱术治疗单纯大隐静脉曲张的效果。方法选取本院外科手术治疗的46例单纯大隐静脉曲张患者为研究对象,根据手术方法分为两组,各23例。对照组患者接受传统抽剥术治疗,研究组患者接受高位结扎加点式剥脱术治疗。比较两组患者的疗效和术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症、静脉曲张症状评分及术后1年复发率情况。结果研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);术中出血量、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05);术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后静脉曲张症状评分及1年复发率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论单纯大隐静脉曲张患者行高位结扎加点式剥脱术治疗手术创伤小、术后并发症少、手术效果佳、术后复发率低,临床效果优于传统抽剥术。

Objective To analyze the effect of high ligation plus point stripping in the treatment of simple varicose great saphenous vein. Methods A total of 46 patients with simple varicose great saphenous vein underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods. In the control group,23 patients were treated by traditional stripping and 23 patients in the study group were treated by point stripping. The curative effect,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization time,postoperative complications,varicose symptoms score and 1-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The amount of bleeding,the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization were less than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High ligation plus point stripping for the treatment of simple varicose great saphenous vein has the advantages of small trauma,less postoperative complications,good curative effect,low recurrence rate and good clinical effect.
