摘要
利用正交实验设计探讨山楂籽中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。研究结果表明 :在 70℃条件下回流提取 3次 (每 1 g山楂籽用 1 5mL 80 %的乙醇 ) ,每次 1 .5h 。
The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids in hawthorn seed were investigated by using the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that 70℃, extraction for 3 times (the ratio of 80% ethanol volume to hawthorn seed weight is 15:1) and 1.5 h for each time were optimal.
